TuneLabSettings.txt

You can use a file named TuneLabSettings.txt to specify some additional options for TuneLab beyond what appears in the Options menu within the program.  TuneLabSettings.txt is a plain text file that is read by TuneLab when it starts up.  In TuneLab Pro (for laptops) the file should be located in the same folder as the program (usually Program Files\TLABPRO).  In TuneLab Pocket and TuneLab for Smartphones, the file should be located in the My Documents folder (the same folder where the tuning files are).  In any case the format of the file is the same.  Each line is of the form:

{keyword} = {value}

The options currently defined in the TuneLabSettings.txt file are:

KeepBasic = 1   (On program startup, restores Basic Offset to what it was when program was closed.  Default is KeepBasic = 0)

KeepTuningFile = 1  (On program startup, opens the tuning file that was open when the programa was closed.  Default is KeepTuningFile = 0)

You can use Pocket Word to create TuneLabSettings.txt.  But if you use Pocket Word, then you will not see the ".txt" extension in the file name.   Just name the file "TuneLabSettings" and specify its type as "Plain Text Document".  Then it will have the correct internal file name.
